Scheduled Call
We'll call you at the scheduled time to discuss your vision, needs, and budget. For maintenance work, we can usually measure your property using Google Earth and won't even need to schedule a visit! Quotes can often be prepared instantly; if not, we guarantee we'll have a proposal for you within 48 hours, then you can jump to step 4.

Your On-Site Consultation
There is a $75 charge for one of our experts to visit your property for your consultation. During this visit we’ll measure your property, review the scope of work, discuss your landscape wish list, preview material options and view our catalog. We’ll make recommendations for your property based on your desires and our expertise of what will work best.

The Landscape Proposal
We guarantee your proposal within five business days of your consultation. If you're ready to move forward, approve the proposal via the link and proceed to step 5.

Deposit and Scheduling
After you sign your agreement online, we'll put you on the schedule! A 10 percent non-refundable deposit is required at this time. Maintenance projects can typically go on our schedule right away. Design/build projects are scheduled six to eight weeks out, so we can prepare the materials and crew.

We'll Get to Work
Three days before the project starts, 50 percent of the fee is due. As we get to work, you will have a dedicated foreman there from start to finish.

The Final Walk Through
For landscape design and installation, you'll walk through the finished project to ensure it meets your expectations. We'll ask you to leave us an online review! The remaining 40 percent of the project cost is due upon completion.
